Executive Director – Angela Martinez

Angela is an Executive Director with 20 years of experience in business management. Angela began her career in senior living 9 years ago as a Business Office Manager. She discovered very quickly that it was far more than a career, it was her passion and purpose. She had a deep desire to make a greater impact and set out on her journey to become a licensed healthcare administrator. Angela has been an Executive Director for the past 4 years working with assisted living and memory care communities. She encourages and supports a culture that is focused on nurturing relationships and taking a collaborative approach to care. Angela believes that laughter is therapeutic and embraces the opportunity to celebrate life daily. 

Director of Clinical Services – Brenda Renholzberger

​Brenda is the Director of Clinical Services and has been a licensed nurse for 30 years. She has worked in many healthcare settings, but senior living is where her heart is. She has worked directly with the senior population for 16 years and has been a Director of Clinical Services for the past 8 years. Brenda is a U.S. Navy Veteran. She served our country for 12 years active duty. She is committed to providing quality care and education to residents and their families. She enjoys mentoring the next generation of nurses to assist them in their growth and development.

The Bridges Director – Kavita Beri​

Kavita is the Director of Bridges, our specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia neighborhood. Kavita has 18 years of experience in healthcare and has been a licensed nurse for 10 years. She recently completed the Administrator in Training program and has earned her healthcare administrator’s license. Kavita provides quality and compassionate care, focusing on the holistic needs of each resident.

Community Relations Manager – Trish Mong

Trish has been working in the community and public relations in the healthcare and hospitality business for the past 19 years. She has worked in a consultative role with HCR ManorCare, Podiatry Associates of Indiana, Simplicity Holistic Health, and Moe’s Catering. She has a deep passion for developing and growing businesses through grassroots relationships and a deep understanding of the customer.

She has served on the board for The Christamore House Guild, Women for Riley, Kappa Alpha Theta Alumnae and is a Master Gardener of Indiana. She lives in Meridian Hills with her husband Chip, and her two children.

Community Relations Manager – Peggy Muncy

Peggy was first introduced to the healthcare industry while assisting her brother-in-law as he awaited a heart transplant. His positive attitude and passion for living a quality life inspired Peggy to want to make a difference. Although she was a licensed teacher for many years, Peggy has found her true passion in senior living. She is dedicated to making a difference and changing the perception of aging. Peggy wishes to encourage seniors to live a life with intention and to continue to dream and pursue a vibrant life against all odds.

Move-In Coordinator – Bree Fahey 

Bree began her career in senior living as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She enjoyed providing direct care and support to the residents and family members that she served. Bree also has experience in resident programming and sales and marketing. She originally went to school for speech pathology but found her true passion in serving the senior population. Bree loves spending time with the residents and supporting them as they transition to their new home.
