Executive Director – Linda Wise

Linda Wise began her career in the senior living industry in 2003, working as a receptionist at a continuing care retirement community. In 2006 she began an Administrator-In-Training program, where she became a licensed nursing home administrator in Indiana. Over the last 10 years, she has been a licensed administrator in Florida, Michigan, and Texas. Linda has worked in a variety of senior living settings, including assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, and memory care communities. Most recently she opened a 26-bed rehabilitation unit in Danville, Indiana.

Linda believes that the essential qualification to be successful in the senior living industry is having a passion to provide quality care to our elders.

Director of Community Relations – Trish Mong

Trish has been working in the community and public relations in the healthcare and hospitality business for the past 19 years. She has worked in a consultative role with HCR ManorCare, Podiatry Associates of Indiana, Simplicity Holistic Health, and Moe’s Catering. She has a deep passion for developing and growing businesses through grassroots relationships and a deep understanding of the customer.

She has served on the board for The Christamore House Guild, Women for Riley, Kappa Alpha Theta Alumnae and is a Master Gardener of Indiana. She lives in Meridian Hills with her husband Chip, and her two children.

Director of Sales & Marketing – Cindi Daniel

Having worked in the Healthcare industry for close to 20 years, Cindi has seen many lives changed and enhanced by moving into assisted living communities. She has even had the experience of assisting her father with his assisted living choices. Cindi is a transplant from Illinois having been born and raised in Peoria. She has lived in Speedway for 27 years and raised her only child, a daughter, in the same small Speedway community. In addition to spending time with her daughter, Cindi also enjoys spending time with both her Indiana and Illinois family and friends and her multiple furry pets.
