The Climb

The Climb is a program that provides a unique exercise and support system which focuses on providing physical exercise and activities which help to improve the daily lives of people with Parkinson’s Disease through their physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

The climb offers BIG Movement, PWR! Classes, Postural Therapy and Balance, Yoga, Dance, Massage Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Weight Training. 

The Climb program focuses on Parkinson’s Disease from a group and individual basis. Each client is offered opportunities to participate in various activities and/or exercises weekly that are geared towards common Parkinson’s symptoms as well as individual treatment, assessment and programming which focuses attention on each client’s personal struggles and deficits.

When: Classes will be held every Tuesday and Friday at 1:00 pm.
